The Indivisible Substance is a masterpiece art performance directed by the highly renowned Hiroaki Umeda. Due to the covid situation, the performers cannot travel to Hong Kong and the event has to be done remotely from Japan. For this project, the streaming team has to set up a dedicated server in one of the date centre in Japan to receive the feed. A designated network will transfer the feed from the server in Japan to a server in Hong Kong and then broadcasted it around the world.

For the discussion session after the show, the streaming team has to set up an environment for Umeda san to discuss with the team in Hong Kong. On the Hong Kong side, the team will be captured by high def. cameras and feed into a Zoom account, where Umeda San will join the Zoom meeting and have a real-time discussion with the HK team. The screen of both accounts will be mixed and broadcast back to the global audiences.
