HPCL hybrid meeting solution leverages the integration of Extended Reality (XR) to build the stage. This solution allows virtual and physical meetings/events to happen seamlessly at the same time at the venue. It brings the hosts and participants into a fully immersive real-and-virtual combined world.

The screen on the stage displays various types of content, including videos, PowerPoint presentations, photos; connects online meetings; and also comes with hologram technology which allows people around the world to appear vividly on the XR stage in real time. In the demonstration at JW Marriott Hotel, the General Manager physically located outside the venue was able to "show up" on stage to greet the VIP guests.

Augmented reality (AR) is featured to project 3D objects on the stage for showcase or presentation. When the famous bartender of JW Marriott Hotel demonstrated how to prepare classic cocktails, the production team spontaneously manipulated the projection of the corresponding ingredients. With such entertaining stage effects, capturing the eyeballs of the audience has never been this easy. His session enticed the audience beyond expectation.
